Implementation Guide

Segment your GHL contacts by brand. Filter by the company/brand tag: GFCFS contacts get the GFCFS versions, DS4C contacts get the DS4C versions. If using Sin City main brand, the existing spring email (Task 67) at spring-2026-emails.melleka.app covers that.

Within each brand segment, split by engagement level. Option A (Prospecting) goes to cold leads and new contacts. Option B (Re-Engagement) goes to past sellers who have not transacted in 60+ days.

Set up A/B subject line tests. Send 20% of each segment with Subject A, 20% with Subject B. After 2-4 hours, send the winning subject to the remaining 60%.

Timing: Send Tuesday through Thursday, between 9-11 AM ET. Avoid Mondays (inbox overload) and Fridays (low engagement).

Follow-up: For non-openers, resend with the alternate subject line 3 days later. For openers who did not click, send a shorter follow-up SMS: "Hi {{first_name}}! Just checking — did you see our spring offer? Your extra supplies could mean fast cash. Reply YES for a free quote."
